Tipping

Our price list for tipping inert recycled materials is given below and is valid from: 7th October 2011.

Prohibited Items - noxious weeds, domestic putrescibles, fibrous cement,  medical, radioactive, explosive, flammable, chemical, animal or rubber waste (tyres), sludge or liquids, and lead painted timber.

Tipping Asbestos at Concrush is strictly prohibited
 

Classification of waste types

The raw waste product currently delivered to Concrush’s Teralba site broadly fall within the following 7 categories:

1. Concrete
2. Bricks
3. Bricks/concrete/tiles/gravel
4. Green waste (organic)
5. Green timber/logs
6. Stumps
7. Soil

1. Concrete Demolished Concrete

Concrete includes structural or “oversized” concrete (containing reinforcing steel) and demolished concrete.

Concrete shall not contain any of the following:

• Soils
• Bricks
• Fibro or asbestos
• Plastics or PVC products
• Plasterboard products

Concrete may contain:

• Steel
• Tiles

2. Bricks (Demolished Brick & Tile)

Bricks shall not contain any of the following:

• Timber or timber-based products
• Fibro sheeting or asbestos
• Plastics or PVC products
• Plasterboard products

3. Bricks/Concrete/Tiles/Gravel

Bricks/Concrete/Tiles/Gravel (inert road base materials) classified as “B” grade Sub-base.

Shall not contain any of the following:

• Soils
• Timber
• Fibro or asbestos
• Plastics or PVC products
• Plasterboard products

4. Green Waste (Organic) Green Waste

Small twigs, branches etc. Strictly no steel, concrete, noxious weeds, grape vines or palms.
 

5. Green Timber/Logs

Sorted load. Strictly no steel or concrete.
 

6. Stumps

Shall not contain any of the following:

• Rock ≥150mm Ø (diameter)
